A true farmhouse should feel like a farm.
At Salman Khan Associates, we believe a true farmhouse should feel like a farm, not simply a large luxury bungalow built on agricultural land. In recent years, the traditional farmhouse concept has often been misunderstood, with excessively large and expensive constructions replacing the natural, peaceful and productive lifestyle that a farmhouse is meant to offer. We are introducing a new and more practical farmhouse philosophy: a balanced lifestyle where nature, relaxation, entertainment, sustainability and modern comfort coexist beautifully. Our modern farmhouse developments are primarily designed on 1 Acre Farmhouses and 2 Acre Farmhouses. Instead of overbuilding the property, we intentionally keep the construction compact, efficient and lifestyle-oriented, usually consisting of approximately 3,000 to 4,000 square feet of covered construction. The focus is not on building massive structures; the focus is on maximizing the experience of open space, greenery, nature and functional outdoor living.

Approximately 3,000 to 4,000 square feet of covered construction.
Instead of overbuilding the property, construction is kept compact, efficient and lifestyle-oriented so the open land remains the main experience.

Even when hosting 20 to 40 guests, the farmhouse remains practical, spacious and welcoming without unnecessary construction cost or maintenance burden.
